Right of Return

Live Your Life Organic  allows you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon. You can fill in your returns coupon on the Website.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging,

accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. All customer data stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent back to Live Your Life Organic  by you will not be kept. Live Your Life Organic  shall not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from repairs. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to unsealed Food and consumable products.

For reimbursements:

– If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially. Gift certificates are refunded as credit on your account with Live Your Life Organic .

– If the product is returned between the 8th and 15th day after purchase, you will be refunded in the form of Live Your Life Organic  gift vouchers.

If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of return, we will do our best to reimburse you as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 21 working days.

All products For any returned package, please go to the Website and follow the instructions for returning that item. Certain products must be returned in the UK. Shipping fees are your responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (you are responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).

For the period covered under warranty, you must return the product to Live Your Life Organic ’s After-Sales Service. No package will be accepted at Live Your Life Organic ’s Head Office. Please refer to the Website, or email for instructions on returning your item under warranty.

By following the steps above you will receive a full refund for the price of the product. However, you must pay £19.99 collection charges if the goods are collected from you. If you return two or more product types together, only one charge will apply. The collection charge will be debited from your account at the same time as your purchase is refunded and will be shown separately on your receipt.


To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in “as new” condition, and complete, with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging). This warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only.


Live Your Life Organic  will not be held liable for poor use and its consequences on the products purchased from the Website. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional usage, Live Your Life Organic  does not sell products for professional use.
